Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actor. She has also directed films such as Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Her childhood was lived living in Los Angeles where she came from a family of middle-class. Her mother loved films and instilled a love of films into the young girl. Paula participated in co-curricular school activities, and she was particularly interested in drama. She played with her classmates and took part in the school productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School offered her numerous opportunities to be an actor in high school and she decided to pursue acting for a profession. She was enrolled in The University of Southern California's summer camp, and loved it immensely. She won a three-month assignment producing documentaries on behalf of PBS. When she was able to complete the assignment successfully, she started working as an assistant in the production of TV documentaries. The next thing she did was begin producing documentaries. Although she enjoyed her career but she always dreamed of becoming an actress. Her acting journey began by playing a minor role in the film romantic comedy Hitch along with Will Smith. Since then, she has played in many famous television and film productions.
